An Overview of My Practice
I focus my practice on exclusively on bankruptcy and handle any and all matters related to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. I will help you assemble and analyze all the necessary information, and I will guide you through the "Means Test" to determine whether you are eligible to discharge your debts under Chapter 7. If so, I will carefully explain what debts can be discharged, including credit card and medical debt, as well as what property you can keep, working with you to develop and implement the best possible asset protection strategies. If Chapter 7 is not available or appropriate for you, I will help you determine if Chapter 13 might better suit your situation.
In Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, I will also prepare and file the necessary documents to complete your bankruptcy and be your voice in all hearings or proceedings with creditors, the bankruptcy trustee or the courts. I can help you effectively use the bankruptcy process to put a stop to garnishment, levies, lawsuits or other types of creditor harassment, including repossession or foreclosure proceedings.
I also handle small business bankruptcy filings, primarily utilizing Chapter 7 relief.
